How to Avoid Stress Before School Exams

There are some tips for the students how to deal with stress in your examinations days.




Students should make proper and realistic plans for their study it will also help students for high scoring.


Priorities and Difficulties: Students should mark and not down the priorities subjects and topics and the find out all the difficulties what you are facing and try to solve them first instead of starting new topics.


Atmosphere: for more concentration there should be a proper atmosphere in the home, it is recommended for quick and easy understanding.


Breaks: It is also recommended for the students to take breaks after regular intervals that keep you fresh and you also not feel bore.


TV and Entertainment: Its has been noticed that parents don’t let their students watching tv and other entertainment program. Watching TV and doing other entertainment activities are very necessary if done in limits. So it is advised for the students not study continuously, if they feel bore and sleepy watch your favorite program on TV or play your interesting game but in limit.


Don’t feel tense: thinking of worst situation and negative consequences can make your mind uncomfortable for the study so it is all should be avoided.


Feel positive and think what you can carry out from the remaining time. So don’t discourage your children and encourage them to execute more from the remaining time.


Continuous support from family members and school teachers is essential in the form of encouragement and building their confidence.


Before the examination it is very important for the students that he or she should be aware that how to manage time, how to tackle with questions etc.


Students are should take help from teachers if they are feeling disinterest in their studying, they should contact to counselors and their teacher If they feel anxious and low.


Always remember these points. If your are fit and taking interest while studying you can accomplish more in little time on the other hand reading and studying without any interest will make your sleepy and bore.


You will feel disturbed sleep patterns and tiredness from exam stress.
